By enrolling in any NAICB class, purchasing any product, sitting for any certification exam, or using naicb.org, you agree to all of the terms and policies below. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use our services. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("Student" or "you") and National AI Certification Board LLC ("NAICB," "we," "us").

1. Sales & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of NAICB classes, bundles, and certification exams are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to failure to complete a class, failure to pass an exam, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with course content.

No Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of these terms. Any student who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended, all credentials revoked, and may be subject to collections and legal action to recover the disputed amount plus administrative fees.

No Partial Refunds

No partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for partially completed classes, unused bundle classes, or unused exam attempts.

Bundle Purchases

Bundle pricing is applied at the time of purchase. Individual classes within a bundle cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded separately.

Fees

Any registration fee and per-class technology fee are non-refundable and cover enrollment processing, LMS access, digital course materials, and platform infrastructure.

Note: Courses delivered under a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career School Certificate are subject to the TWC-mandated cancellation and refund policy required by Texas Education Code Chapter 132, which supersedes the above for TWC-regulated courses only.

2. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

Ownership

All course content, materials, exams, study guides, templates, prompts, videos, slides, assessments, and deliverables are the exclusive intellectual property of National AI Certification Board LLC. All rights reserved.

No Sharing

Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, screenshot, record, or transmit any NAICB course materials in any form to any third party, including on social media, forums, file-sharing platforms, or with colleagues.

No Recording

Recording of live virtual sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by NAICB.

Account Access

Login credentials are for the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials with any other person will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

Violations

Violations of these intellectual property policies will result in immediate dismissal, credential revocation, and may result in legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.

3. Credentials & Certification

No Employment Guarantee

NAICB does not guarantee employment, salary increases, promotions, or any specific career outcome as a result of completing classes or earning credentials.

Nature of Credentials

NAICB credentials are private, professional certifications issued by National AI Certification Board LLC. They are not a government license, degree, or accreditation, and are recognized within the NAICB credentialing system. Classes and credentials are not transferable to any other educational institution.

Credential Revocation

NAICB reserves the right to revoke any credential for cause, including academic dishonesty, fraud, intellectual-property violations, professional misconduct, or failure to maintain continuing-education (CE) requirements. No refund will be issued upon revocation.

Continuing Education

All credentials require continuing education for renewal. Failure to complete CE requirements by the renewal deadline will result in credential lapse.

Verification

NAICB credential status may be confirmed through our public credential verification tool. NAICB makes no representation as to credentials not appearing as "Valid" in that system.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

Limitation of Liability

NAICB's total liability for any claim arising from enrollment or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific class or service at issue. NAICB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless National AI Certification Board LLC, its owner, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the student's use of NAICB materials, credentials, or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from enrollment, class delivery, credentials, or these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Students waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Account Termination

NAICB reserves the right to terminate any student's account at any time for violation of these terms, with no refund. Terminated students forfeit access to all course materials and pending credentials.

Modification of Terms

NAICB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued enrollment or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you register, enroll, or contact us — such as your name, email, phone, billing/location details, and course progress and exam results. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; NAICB does not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

We use your information to deliver classes, administer exams, issue and verify credentials, provide support, and communicate with you about your enrollment. We do not sell your personal information.

Public Credential Registry

When you earn a NAICB credential, your name, credential, credential number, issue date, and status may be displayed in our public verification tool so third parties can confirm your certification. NAICB classes provide general professional education and are not legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. AI tools and regulations change rapidly; you are responsible for verifying current requirements that apply to your own situation. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
